Challenges
The project's goal was to introduce a comprehensive management solution for a new factory in the agri-food sector.
Using Odoo, the entire production process is overseen, allowing for the tracking of batch progress and operational scheduling. To maintain high product standards, multiple quality checks are performed during manufacturing. Operators utilize mobile terminals equipped with barcode scanning functionality to simplify data input and improve production traceability. -

To execute the project, Optim Evolve adhered to its established methodology. Multiple workshops were conducted to grasp the client's requirements, and a timeline was set to deliver the application in a single phase. Production commenced within four months of the project's inception.
The analysis phase spanned four weeks, during which the features were delineated. Implementation proceeded swiftly, leveraging Odoo's native modules and functionalities to fulfill 80% of the requirements. For the remaining 20%, the client either aligned its processes with Odoo's standard or devised workarounds. As a result, the implementation remained entirely standard.
